Welcome to your third lab session in The Elemental Writing Mysteries. The Water Element foundation course gave you the theory behind Water and its four components. You learned about emotional resonance, relational dynamics, voice authenticity and flow and rhythm.

Get your current project, your notebook or writer’s journal, and a pen. We’re about to do some actual work - diagnosing your specific project’s emotional challenges and creating an action plan for strengthening the current that carries readers from intellectual understanding into felt experience.
